Terms of Service

  1. All cats must be full vaccinated for feline panleukopenia, feline parvovirus (feline enteritus), feline herpesvirus and feline calicivirus.

  2. Vaccinations and boosters must be complete at least two week prior to the cats arrival to protect all our guests.

  3. The vaccination book is retained by the cattery at the time of check-in and returned to the client at check-out.

  4. Homeopathic vaccinations are not acceptable.

  5. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK!

  6. No un-neutered males over six months of age accepted.

  7. Medication can be administered if and when this is necessary and insulin for diabetic cats can also be given.

  8. We advise flea treatment prior to arrival. Cats who are seen by us to have fleas while they are in the care of the cattery will be treated and the cost passed on to the customer. Please help us to remain flea free!

  9. All outstanding fees must be paid on collection. There will be no exceptions to this.

  10. All reservations require a £20 deposit to secure the booking.

  11. Cancellations to be advised 14 days prior to the booking start date.

  12. Dates booked must be paid for even if you arrive back early from your holiday, so please make sure of your dates.

  13. There is an admin fee £10 for all refunds.

  14. There is a 24 hours vet on call. We are pleased to have Henley Vets, Uckfield, as our veterinary consultants who are also available for emergency out of hours service.

  15. Owners of un-insured cats must be prepared to pay for any emergency treatment of their cat. It pays to keep your cat insured.

  16. Although every care and attention is given to cats in our charge, in the event of unforeseeable occurrences beyond reasonable control (including unexpected death, escape or injury) we can not be held liable.

  17. Cats collected by 11am will not be charged for that day, with the exception of Saturday to Monday boarders who will pay for all 3 days regardless of pick up time.
